Sarah Barninger, Front Desk Coordinator
As a Front Desk Coordinator, my role is central to the smooth operation of the office. I am the first point of contact for patients, and my responsibilities typically blend customer service, administrative support, and organizational management. I enjoy getting to help patients feel more comfortable and confident about their dental health. Also, forming long-term relationships with the patients. I get to know our regulars, chat with them about their lives, and be part of their ongoing care. I love working at West Point Dentistry where we have a team that values each other’s role and creates a positive work atmosphere. I often feel like I am an integral part of the patient care process, and it’s satisfying when that role is appreciated. When you and your doctor share a passion for patient care, it can be incredibly fulfilling. Both of you want what’s best for the patients, and that shared purpose strengthens your bond as a team. Working together to improve a patient’s smile or overall health can be one of the most rewarding parts of the job. My life is best summed up as Chaos Coordinator! Being a mom of two daughters and a Military family brings a lot of joy, but also quite a bit of energy and organization is always a must. We always seem to be juggling fun activities and making sure everyone is engaged in something they love! Normally that’s us chasing the adrenaline wherever that may take us, Traveling and seeing the world is our go to favorite thing. Do I have Pets? A whole farm full – literally, from Cows to horses, dogs and cats and even a few chickens here and there. And as for community involvement, that’s something I find so admirable. Being a Mission 22 Ambassador, I work closely with current and retired troops. Mission 22 is dedicated to raising awareness about veteran suicide and providing support for veterans who are struggling. Preventative care, peer support, and reintegrating veterans into civilian life. Their programs include veteran treatment courts, peer-to-peer mentorship, and recovery services that help veterans reclaim their mental health and sense of purpose. It’s inspiring to see organizations like this making a tangible difference in the lives of veterans and their families.

Sherri Meredith, Insurance Coordinator
My job entails submitting insurance claims, following up on past due claims, entering payments, helping with phone calls and scheduling, and other tasks that come along. I graduated from dental assisting school in 1982 then worked as a chairside assistant for a number of years and also worked front desk. I was office manager for a wonderful doctor in Colorado for about 20 years. My favorite part of my job is solving problems. Doctor Nolan is very kind and I’m still very new with the office, but everyone has been very nice and friendly! I have been married to a wonderful guy for 40 years, we have 4 children and soon to be 8 grandchildren. I love traveling to visit family and we enjoy going on cruises. We have done 4 and are hooked. We love playing pickleball, playing games with friends, and just relaxing with a good book. I love listening to true crime podcasts.

Madie Davis, Registered Dental Hygienist
As a Dental Hygienist, my job entails working closely with Dr. Nolan to help patients maintain good oral hygiene. I love knowing that I’m helping people feel confident in their smiles and teaching them how to prevent serious health problems. I also love being the person who empowers patients to take control of their oral health. I graduated from Southeastern Technical College in May 2023. I began working as a Hygienist in October 2023. I have an Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and I am currently working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene at East Tennessee University. I love working for Dr. Nolan because he is sincere in everything he does. He genuinely cares about a patient's needs and wants to restore their smile. Dr. Nolan is down to earth, understanding, and cares about his employees. He builds friendships and doesn’t treat us like we just work for him. I enjoy working alongside my co-workers because we all have the same goal, doing what’s best for the patient. I am recently engaged to be married in October 2026. My fiancé, Gage, and I raise his 8-year-old child, Bentley, together and our 3 dogs, Kash, Stella, and Rugar. In my free time away from work I love to fish, hunt, garden, and go to the lake with Gage and Bentley. We recently put Bentley in baseball, so we also spend a lot of time dedicating our time to the baseball field.

Randall Burt, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
My job entails many different responsibilities. Some may include patient care and communication about their treatment, chairside assisting, sterilization and keeping up with everyone to help out where needed. I graduated Dental Assisting School from Columbus Technical College in 2014 and have been using my EFDA and accomplishments since. I started off in Pediatric Dentistry, furthered my curiosity with multiple years of Oral Surgery, relocated and snagged a spot in General Dentistry and am still at it to this day. My experience is quite lengthy in the12 years I have been doing this. - Pediatrics-Periodontics-Oral Surgery and General Dentistry to name them. Pretty sure my favorites of all time are the beginning to end phases of patients needing dentures. The overall happiness it brings to someone and knowing you helped change something for the better in their life is so rewarding to me! My favorite parts of my job are the patients and environment I work in. Our patients are the absolute best, getting to know everyone is what builds our relationships. As a team, we help pull it all together, and that's what wins our patients over! Our relaxed environment and down-to-earth Doctor make it all worth it! My coworkers make every day a thrill for me! We are always down to have good time and be silly, but mostly we hustle hard and make sure we are getting the job done! We always seem to overcome our days with smiles on our faces. Yes, we are all different, but it works perfectly for us. I enjoy most of my time hanging out with my son and doing whatever he has planned for us. Indoors or outdoors, I am constantly doing something with him. You can just say adventure seeker and someone who doesn't sit still go hand in hand.
